This is an in-place upgrade from version 10.0 - therefore there’s a slightly longer downtime window (6 hours) than if we perform a migration upgrade. The in-place upgrade is the recommended upgrade path.
This will effect both inbound and outbound mail for the duration.
10.1 is the only supported version past December 31st and comes with many new features.
