Everything should now be returning to normal though you may experience some degradation in speed for a short time while all services re-balance.

Annoyingly there was a cascading network failure that required us to temporarily take down some key parts of our network infrastructure to most quickly resolve this situation.

We apologise for the inconvenience cause over the last hour.

Unfortunately the situation has worsened and we are now seeing service disruptions across our Zimbra platform.

We are investigating this development and will update you as we make progress in resolving the issue.

Unfortunately the networking issues may also be affecting the ability for a select number of user to log into their mail accounts.

We are of course working on these issue with the upmost urgency and will keep you informed of our progress.

Update

We have detected a network interface card failure that is causing higher load on the rest of our Zimbra platform. and may result in slight increases in mail transport.

We are looking to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and have already taken steps to help performance.

We will update when we have more information.
