SOAP Error in Zimbra Web Client
Updates
We have determined the cause and will be implementing updates at a future point to stop this happening again. In the mean time we are closing this issue as the problem was resolved just after we posted the first update.
We have determined that our outbound servers were intermittently exceeding their concurrency limits. We’ve raised the limits to resolve the reported sending issues caused by these spikes and are investigating their cause.
We will update this ticket further once the cause has been identified and resolved. In the meantime, normal operation should resume.
A handful of users have experienced an issue when trying to send mail from the Zimbra Web Client. The issue presents as:
“soap fault. please recreate and resend the message”
We are currently looking into the potential cause. and will update this ticket when we have further details.
