We have discovered an issue with a single Zimbra node that has been causing some false alerts across our cluster, making diagnosis initially tricky.
We now know that the service disruptions have been limited to a much smaller pool of mailboxes than first thought.
Although currently resolved we are in communication with Zimbra about the issue as we are still unaware of the root cause. That being said, now that we have tracked the specific server causing the issues, any further incidents should only last a few moments and cause minimal disruption to the handful of mailboxes affected.
Unfortunately we are still experiencing some service interruption due to this issue. We are working to resolve the situation and will update this ticket when more information is available
