Microsoft Email Service Issue

We have seen a reduction in the mail queues for Microsoft mailbox recipients.

As more than 75% of the backlog has now been delivered, we are considering the matter resolved.

Multiple Email Service Providers are affected by this issue at Microsoft. 

We are waiting for a response from a Microsoft postmaster who is looking into the problem on their platform.

We will of course update this notice as and when something has changed.

We are currently aware of an issue with Microsoft’s email rate limiting. This appears to be an issue across the board and their postmaster portal is also currently offline.

This will mean delayed deliveries to Microsoft mailboxes until they resolve the issue.
